Online Orders are ready to be delivered 2 days after we receive your order.

 

Returns & exchange

Our number one priority is making you happy and getting you the protein and provisions you want!
As with all food service businesses, we cannot accept returns of meat and provisions once it has left our facility.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Our products and Delivery fees (if any) are non-refundable.

*How do I cancel my subscription?

- please contact us at +65 8814 8848 before the next payment is due. If the cancellation was processed after the latest payment, we will proceed to deliver the last scheduled Essential Meat Box / Gift Box to you.
